Jaipur Tour Package

Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, is the capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. Known for its rich cultural heritage, stunning architecture, and vibrant bazaars, Jaipur attracts visitors from all over the world who want to experience the grandeur of royal Rajasthan. The city is part of the Golden Triangle tourist circuit, along with Delhi and Agra, making it a major part of many travelers’ itineraries.

Key Attractions in Jaipur

Amber Fort (Amer Fort):

  • Amber Fort, located about 11 km from Jaipur, is one of the most iconic forts in Rajasthan. Built from red sandstone and marble, the fort showcases the grandeur of Rajput architecture. Visitors can take an elephant ride or jeep ride up to the fort entrance. Inside, the fort is known for its Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace), intricate frescoes, and stunning courtyards.

City Palace:

  • The City Palace is a beautiful blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Located in the heart of Jaipur, the palace complex houses museums, courtyards, gardens, and beautiful rooms that once served as the royal residence. The Chandra Mahal, a section of the palace, is still the residence of the royal family.

Hawa Mahal:

  • Known as the "Palace of Winds," the Hawa Mahal is a five-story palace made of red and pink sandstone. It was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, designed to allow royal women to observe street festivals without being seen. The palace has 953 small windows, or jharokhas, which allow cool breezes to pass through, keeping it comfortable during the hot summer months.

Jantar Mantar:

  • Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the 18th century. It is home to several large instruments, including the world’s largest stone sundial. The observatory is an incredible feat of scientific knowledge and architectural design, with many instruments still functioning today.

Nahargarh Fort:

  • Situated on the Aravalli hills, Nahargarh Fort offers panoramic views of Jaipur. The fort was built in 1734 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II as a retreat for the royal family. The Madhavendra Bhawan inside the fort features beautiful frescoes and ornate architecture.
